Once you've placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email at the address you registered with on our website. The email will contain a link that will allow you to track the status of your shipment in real time.
Once handed over to the courier, orders are usually delivered within 2-4 business days. However, delivery times may vary depending on the season and the courier's availability.
If you haven't received the email within a few hours of purchasing, we recommend:
- Check your spam or junk mail folder.
- Please check that you entered your email address correctly during registration.
- If after these checks you still cannot find the email, please contact our customer service.
You can return an order, in whole or in part, within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the products must be in perfect resalable condition, i.e., unused, undamaged, ruined, or dirty, with all accessories, and packaged in their original packaging, including instructions for use and documentation.
Do you want to return a product?
Below are the instructions on how to return your product. These instructions are summarized; you can view the full return policy at the bottom of the page.
- Please report the issue by email to info@doubleumproject.it within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Place the ordered products you wish to return in a box. Remember that the products must not have been altered since they were received. Therefore, in the event of manufacturing errors or defects, please report them immediately via email with your return request.
- Close and seal the box and send it to the following address: MAILSHIP SRL, Via Sandro Pertini 3, 20074 Carpiano, Italy.
- Once your return is received, our quality control team will assess the condition of the products. If eligible, you will receive a refund for the price of the purchased products (excluding shipping costs) directly to the bank or PayPal account used for payment.
If you suspect your product may have a manufacturing defect, you can request a replacement or refund within 14 days of receiving the product by emailing info@doubleumproject.it
